Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return it to us using the address label provided with your delivery note within 14 days of purchase with prior notice to: enquiries@vivienalexander.com Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn with all swing tags intact and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase. They will be inspected before a refund will be processed within 7 working days.

For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to refund or exchange earrings (unless they are deemed faulty by Vivien Alexander) but will happily exchange other jewellery items.

All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please ensure that you use a registered, tracked and signed-for service for your return. Vivien Alexander will not be responsible for any returns lost in transit and will only issue refunds and process exchanges upon receipt of goods in their original condition, unworn and with all swing tags intact.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange any items, apart from earrings which for health and hygiene reasons we are unable to refund or exchange (unless deemed faulty by Vivien Alexander), please contact us at: enquiries@vivienalexander.com for advice. We are very happy to exchange items of the same value (for example a different size of the same garment). Exchanges of items of different value will be processed as a refund to the original payment method and the customer will then be able to place a new order.
